Software included in a service
Your proposal will identify any third-party software or subscriptions required for an agreed service, the applicable costs and who holds the licence. We will explain any renewal terms or account ownership arrangements before you commit.
Product availability, features and vendor terms may change. The relevant publisher's licence terms apply to its software. A reference to a product on this website does not itself grant a licence.
Custom development
For website and custom software projects, your agreement will describe ownership of deliverables, licences to pre-existing components, source-code handover and ongoing support. Open-source components remain subject to their original licences; required notices and licence information will be supplied with the relevant deliverable.
Third-party names and marks
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility or a service and does not imply that SPEAKLOGIX LTD is certified, endorsed or an authorised partner of that organisation.
Questions about an existing licence
